# Text message

Configure a templatized raw text message, integrate Conversation Management with Quickwork, and send it to users across messaging channels.

A text message template is a generic template that consists of a conversation happening via the exchange of raw texts. It is illustrated here:

When integrated, Conversation Management has the ability to send the visitor a welcome message as soon as the visitor visits the website, thus enhancing customer engagement.
